UK Rail Advisory was engaged by Transdev plc to prepare its application to the Department for Transport for a rail franchise bidding PQQ ‘passport’. The ‘passport’ was designed to allow holders to bypass many elements of repeated pre-qualification submissions in relation to high value rail franchise competitions.
Our team led the end-to-end submission for Transdev. This included the scoping, design, authoring and execution of the full submission on behalf of Transdev.
Transdev was awarded a passport on its first attempt, with feedback from the Department for Transport that the submission was the most impressive they had received.
Key to the success of the application was UKRA’s ability to engage with leaders across Transdev’s global business to identify and refine relevant business practices and case studies for inclusion within the submission.
This work demonstrated UKRA’s ability to effectively scope and lead an important body of work for our Client while integrating and working within the Client’s team.
